What Was The Problem

GITECH, a leading provider of elevator, escalator, and automated parking solutions in the UAE, operates from its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, overseeing projects nationwide. With a diverse portfolio sourced from Europe, Korea, and China, GITECH has successfully installed and maintained over 1000 elevators. However, the company faced challenges in internal coordination. The absence of a maintenance and support contract for their open-source ERP led to operational issues, compounded by manual processes such as using Excel sheets for contract management and another online software for scheduling maintenance visits. Coordinating across departments proved particularly challenging.

Our deliverables encompassed a comprehensive overhaul of GITECH’s operational framework, addressing each of the identified pain points with precision and efficacy. Beginning with financial management, our tailored solution seamlessly integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and VAT Reports functionalities into the revamped ERP system. We implemented automated processes for managing maintenance contract renewals, alleviating the burden of manual tracking and ensuring timely renewals. Project management and logistics received a significant boost through enhanced software capabilities, facilitating smoother coordination and resource allocation across departments. Our solution empowered the sales team with advanced tools for opportunity management, enabling better prospect tracking and conversion optimization.

Moreover, we introduced a streamlined system for creating and maintaining maintenance logs, providing a comprehensive overview of service activities and ensuring regulatory compliance. The implementation of a mobile application tailored for technical staff revolutionized elevator servicing, enhancing efficiency and response times significantly. Payroll and human resource management were seamlessly integrated into the ERP system, simplifying administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Central to our approach was the customization of the Soft1 ERP, leveraging its robust features to tailor solutions specific to GITECH’s needs. Additionally, we incorporated the Soft1 CRM module to bolster customer relationship management and streamline sales processes further. The utilization and customization of the Soft1360 mobile app for technicians optimized field operations, allowing for real-time updates and seamless communication between teams.

In conclusion, our deliverables encompassed a holistic transformation of GITECH’s operations, empowering the company with efficient, streamlined processes across all key areas. The first software establishes communication with courier companies through API integration, automatically generating vouchers and sending automated emails to customers. This ensures that customers can conveniently track the progress of their orders.

The second software interacts with the Eshop platform, facilitating the synchronization of inventory items, customer records, and orders. This synchronization streamlines operations and enhances overall efficiency.
