We’ve successfully integrated a Soft1 ERP solution into Decolight’s operations to efficiently manage customer relationships (CRM), procurement, sales, warehouse operations, and financial processes. In addition, we’ve developed and seamlessly integrated two custom software within the ERP system.
The first software establishes communication with courier companies through API integration, automatically generating vouchers and sending automated emails to customers. This ensures that customers can conveniently track the progress of their orders.
The second software interacts with the Eshop platform, facilitating the synchronization of inventory items, customer records, and orders. This synchronization streamlines operations and enhances overall efficiency.
