We have developed a custom software exclusively for Vigor Technology factory, aimed at crafting specialized solutions for elevators. This innovative software seamlessly integrates geometric input, including elevator capacity and stops, utilizing advanced equation-solving techniques and aligning with European regulations. Through its sophisticated algorithms, the software automates the generation of a comprehensive bill of materials and bill of quantities for each elevator, streamlining the entire process. By interfacing with the ERP database, it intelligently extracts the necessary information to create accurate client quotations. Once an order is confirmed, the software takes the lead in procuring materials and promptly communicates with the production team, ensuring a well-orchestrated workflow.
